I used to eat 20pc Chicken nuggets easy! According to these nutrition facts a 20 piece Chicken Nuggets is super destructive!
If you ate this for Lunch and Dinner, you'd overdose in your daily dose of fat and sodium. Even just eating it once, means you'd have to eat fatless foods all day to survive the fallout of external fat. Add fries and a coke to this meal and you already overdosed in fat and sodium.

Update... if you want sauce on your nuggets, you better make sure it's the only thing you eat all day! These new numbers are off the charts.
you've basically have 96%-98% of all the fat and sodium allowed for the day. throw in some fries and a soda, your headed to the fat farm with serious heart conditions.
