just turned down a client who wanted a clip as the money would be coming from a corporate sponsor and would require product placement.
if it was just client work for the sponsor, i wouldnt have had an issue.. but what they wanted was my personal work, just with their shitty energy drink strategically placed throughout.
it actually has left me a bit torn.
on the one hand, i really need more work at the moment..
but at the same time, i knew if i did it, regardless of the outcome, i would distance myself from it.- i chose starving artist over corporate sellout.
