How much can you bench?

Maybe I'm just lazy but after doing 5x5/3x5 for a while. I lose all motivation to add weight.
I respect bodybuilders work ethic more than ever now. It really is 99% muscle toughness.

I was going to get back to the gym, but after drinking the protein shake last week I started to get some sort of uti. TMI?

I should see how much I can bench on a one-off lift. On my arm days, the only barbell set I do is 5 sets of 8-10 reps on an incline bench, at between 115 - 125. I should be doing dumbbell incline presses, but at 50lbs a piece, it was getting hard to lift those damn things up to my shoulder to actually do the press.

www.myprotein.com is pretty good.
Get a decent protein shake, some creatine and ignore 99% of the rest of the supplements unless you're a 'serious' athlete (whatever that means).
Put a measure of creatine in your post-work shake you are good to go.
