I do 100 Kilogram *dont know how much Lbs... Its a pretty heavy weight anyway :D

Hey man!! i've been working out 2 days a week for the last 6 months and i've gained 25 pounds of muscle!!! I went from 140lbs to about 173lbs.
I use creatine and Myoplex Meal Replacement shakes!! Basically I'm taking a lot of protein!!!

apegrope, what form of creatine? powder or liquid? any other supplements you've taken?

I use to train a lot when I was in my teens, I would NOT recommend creatine. The mass you get from it is basicly water that is retained in you mustle tissue. It makes your face look bloated. You stop using it, you lose the mass.. and it fucks up your liver. On a plus side, you do gain "weight" and it does give you a boost in energy.

hey mitsu...I take powder form of creatine. the kind I use is called TRAC. it's time released so it stays in your system for about 8 hours which is awesome!! other than that the most important thing is eating!! I've been told a gram of protein per each pound you weigh a day. so far so good for me!

oh back to the question. My max was two 45lbs plate on each sides plus the bar.. 2 full reps. dont know how much that is.
