just finally now starting to relax after the past 3 days having what I can only assume is anxiety or panic attack.. never had one before, but I couldn't sleep for 48 hours and could not stop thinking about all the things to come.
it was physically, emotionally and mentally draining.
yesterday I had to do a most of the day of filling up a skip bin full of shit that needed to be removed to water damage, and those hours focussing allowed me enough head space to bring it down to a manageable level.. but before that, It felt like my head was going to explode.
even now I am super tense and freaked out.. but its at least a bit less now.. or maybe I have just acclimatised to the new normal..
shit just moves so fast at the moment.. things you hear the government one day is out of date the next..yet I go to the shops and I see people getting their nails done, sitting around like nothing is happening.
it took the government to shut everything down to get them to take it seriously.. but even then, people are just denying
