i'm really confused as to how this election has anything to do with brexit.
article 50 has been triggered - as far as i'm aware, there's no stopping it now. yet the libs and that cunt blair (really? REALLY??!!) are making out that they can stop it happening...
and the population seem to be believing them.
then that cunt juncker starts throwing eu process in our face - "do it our way, we aren't prepared to accept we're wrong" - and i'm beginning to understand why people want rid of the eu (even tho i voted to remain).
this election is simply may feeling she has to go as the polls were so one-sided - lolol it'd be so funny if she lost
- I think we're being wildly arrogant and naive to think the EU owes us anything. In some ways, I hope they completely fuck us over to make an example of us to...Ianbolton
- encourage other EU nations to reconsider leaving. Why should we get special deals? Why are we an exceptional country because we're not.Ianbolton
- that's just fascist - "do as we say or else". the eu should listen to countries' (not just ours) worries and adapt. but they won't. so frexit etc gains tractionhans_glib
- @ianbolton +1fadein11
- it's not fascist - they saw what cunts led the leave camp - have you seen Farage's behaviour in EU parliament? Total cunt and we have no right to presumefadein11
- special treatment. She wants to talk trade before the vital terms of exit are discussed! Arrogant cunt.fadein11
- er... surely trade is one vital term of exit?hans_glib
- and as for 'revenge' for that tosser farage, well that's just sad and childish. "that nasty man was rude to us so we'll be mean to you back".hans_glib
- not just Farage - the whole leave campaign which won only because of lies and the right press. Don't be ridiculous.fadein11
- And our trade deal isn't as important as securing the rights of their citizens in the UK (among other key issues). It may be to us but not to them. They arefadein11
- protecting their citizens as they should be.fadein11
- The main thing I hate about all this is that the general public now class themselves as economists, foreign dispute consultants, border police etc etc...Ianbolton
- We all have wild misconceptions of a simple, easy 'let's just leave those wankers' mentality. When in reality it's a shitshow of modern politics.Ianbolton
- We're a country so misled by our media and government that we haven't a fucking clue what's going on. And if anything bad is said about the UK...Ianbolton
- There's no way we can be to blame because we're the amazing United Fucking KingdomIanbolton
- +1 again ianboltonfadein11
- It's vital to the survival of Europe that the UK isn't seen to be given an easy ride. We ARE an exceptional country and our decision to leave Europe was hasty..Morning_star
- ..but not without opportunity. It is nobodies interest for us to get a shitty deal.Morning_star

- It also read 'CORBYN: NO MORE BOMBS FOR OUR ARMY'. I mean FFS. Really.monoboy
- And it's the fucking RAF that use the Bombs, not the Army.monoboy
- Oh, and the Tories has reduced our military from 200,000 to barely 160,000. The regular British Army has fallen from 102,000 to just 82,000.monoboy

This is what was sneaked past us during the Brexit week... EU extended the license by 18-months pending further scientific study in spite of failing to obtain a qualified majority when Member States voted on the decision the previous week."

Ok, LibDems it is.
They'll never get in, there'll be no second referendum*, but I'm certainly not voting the other piles of cuntery — and if there's even the vaguest chance of #legalise, well...

* Which is frankly undemocratic and makes me feel uneasy anyway — especially as it mirrors the 'revised referenda' on the continent that I so despised, but hey.. politics is mostly hypocrisy anyway.

UK caves in to EU demand to agree divorce bill before trade talks
https://www.theguardian.com/poli…
British negotiators have capitulated to key European demands for a phased approach to Brexit talks, agreeing to park discussions on free trade until they have thrashed out the cost of the multibillion-euro UK divorce settlement.
Putting a brave face on a concession that may further strengthen the tactical dominance of the EU, the Brexit secretary, David Davis, insisted his initial retreat remained consistent with long-term government strategy.
“It’s not how it starts, it’s how it finishes that matters,” Davis said...
- always pain to set a broken bone, but only way it can get better. I still see brexit as a spark people havent been brow beaten into a tight little planned box.********
