Two new tracks released last week.
Both made using: Teenage engineering ko2, ENDORPHINE EVIL PET and the torso electronics S4.

- So I have recorded lots of field recordings over time with a little zoom recorder. Use sample packs from multiple places too.cruddlebub
- The S4 is the last line of a daisy chain. The KO2 - into the evil pet - into the S4. I can sometimes makes 573 different versions of a track before I am happy..cruddlebub
- The S4, with each new beta or update becomes a new machine. I have always loved it. I mean.. I wouldn't buy it, sell it and buy it and then sell it again...cruddlebub
- Like mantrakid! The S4 is so powerful. You can do so much with a simple tiny sound or sample. You can use it a live processor. Loop. It's my favourite thing.cruddlebub
- The evil pet is stunning. And whilst the S4 does granular synthesis. The EP pisses all over it. The work so well togethercruddlebub

i have become obsessed with Roland 500 modules.. i think its somewhere between their ease of use surface level controls.. like a SH101 .. no menus, everyrhing in front of you.
im slowly building out the entire set.. and have moved into duplicates... just grabbed these two as they dont come up often.. but already have them.
i need help lol

this came from trying to make drum and bass style beats, playing with samples and presets. somehow ended up like this. i'll have an audio visualizer for it eventually.

Videos were released last week
Went to buy one. Sold out.Messaged the site. They had to pause the orders as they got overwhelmed. Managed to snag one! Can't wait for it to come
- looks and sounds great, tho i suspect, as with so many of these little units with only a coule of controls, the editing is very time consuminghans_glib

so after taking a week off work to grind, i finally ported CHOPGRID over to VST3/AU for mac and VST3 for PC..
You can now run it in your favourite DAW.
Still need to update the manual etc.. but for the most part its the same anwyay

Got a TE OP-XY for an utter steal, almost half price.
Have wanted one for a while but couldn't justify the price tag.
Had an OP-1 back in the day, it was a real love/hate relationship. THE best music instrument to be able to pick up and jam with but hellish to write finished tracks on and never gelled with the tape workflow.Loving everything about the XY. All the fun of the OP-1 but with a sequencer, parameter locks, multisampler and many more!
Probably the most excited I've ever been about a piece of gear. The only time I've ever been inclined to read a manual!
Going to learn this thing inside-out.- Nice, a little cost prohibitive, but maybe one day I could trade my ASR 10 for oneprophetone
