The person in my family that thought it was a good idea to start posting anti-vaxx shit on Facebook.

These assholes who pull like crazy on their dog because the dog walk a little bit too fast or just want to smell something.

    I WOULD PUNCH THEM BAD

There's a dude in my window right now who keep going north south north south with his 2 dogs and all he do is pulling, even pulling the fuckin hair of one of them! That man looks so angry. What an unpleasant walk this is for these poor dogs.

    • True, but also punches for people who don't know how to regulate their empathy for other peoples dogs.cannonball1978

Youtuber Austin Jones gets 10 years in prison. Took advantage of his underage female fans to send him nudes, naked videos and other inappropriate content.

He should get punched just for his stupid haircut alone.

    • That's a decent sentence, usually fuckers like him get a couple of years, if that.PhanLo

this trend of having conversations with your phone on speaker holding it by your mouth instead of, like, normally pressed against your ear. it's bad enough i have to listen to some asshole yell in a one-sided conversation, now i gotta hear both?

i swear imma start taking part in these dialogues because at a certain point you are giving up the right to privacy

    • Valium guys on the bus have the best conversations, they go right into detail about their crimes and other weird stuff. I actually like hearing that stuff.PhanLo

    - Reality for not allowing me (and, let's face it: me only) to wield a baseball bat or mobile anti-air cannon to dispense arbitrary street justice.

    - The cunt on the street who I just had a shout at because he idly flung his used beer can on the street.

    These are both related.

people (in California specifically it seems) who say "touching bases" instead of "touching base" as in:

"let's touch bases about this later."

It's a BASEBALL analogy. you don't touch the bases together, you touch the base to make sure you're safe. think about what you're saying!!

I saw a 20-something girl in the subway, I was standing beside her, she was sitting so I had a perfect view of her phone screen, so I observed what she was doing. ... its was ... crazy!

She was litteraly flying between, WhatsApp, Snapchat, instagram, text messages and Facebook at a speed you can't even imagine!

Her phone wallpaper was a picture of herself. My run in the subway was 20 min. She poster 3 selfies on Instagram. When she was scrolling pictures on her phone to find selfies to post, i saw that around 90% of all the pictures in her phone was selfies.

Lots and LOTS of emojis in all her texts. Lots of texts. She just kept answering texts the whole time.

But watching her scrolling Instagram was the most crazy part of it all... She just kept scolling and liking like a psychopath! Spending an average of 0,05sec on each pics. She often stopped around 2-4 sec on pictures of beautiful girls, but she didnt like those, only check them longer. Probably comparing and hating herself.

What kind of humans is the technology developping? Those who are born with thech in their hands. The future is scary.

    • I had pretty much this exact experience last year, watching some girl flit between the same 3 apps, refreshing each manically, then doting on a pic of herselfNairn

    • haha Ben. Instagram psychopath.

i dont know about your country/city, but over here it seems like politeness and good citizenship is not trendy anymore... It seems like the younger generation haven't learned how to say "thank you", "Please" or smiling or holding the door for the person behind you, etc.

    • True. I say "you're welcome" stern and aggressively, they get startled and look confused then say "uhh, uhh, thanks". No manners anymore.ArmandoEstrada
    • And I dont do it to get praise, just out of courtesy, but at least acknowledge the gesture.ArmandoEstrada
    • This is a tricky one - here in LDN I've encountered lots of [surprisingly] polite younglings - laterally, lots of ignant AF and mannerless oldlings. *shrugNairn
    • Pretty true. You very rarely get a wave or signal of thanks on the roads from young people if you do something nice while driving.BusterBoy
    • people have complained about that same trend for centuries. kids these days!inteliboy

    • the amount of heavy metals in a single vaccine is negligible at bestmonospaced
    • the only thing close to a heavy metal in a vaccine is thimerosol, and it's not even toxic https://www.cdc.gov/…monospaced
    • It's rare to even find it in a vaccine anymore either, so the very idea it's a problem is borderline ludicrousmonospaced

    • I'm no authority on this subject, at all, but blindly trusting the state to inject your children is very, very worrying, in my opinion.set
    • ... but then again if you actually are crazy enough to believe they have your best interests at heart, then I guess I can see why you would.set
    • I'm not an authority either, but my father is, spending decades researching this officially. I understand that mandatory vaccines are good for the whole planet.monospaced
    • If that makes me crazy, that's your opinion. I know that no practicing doctor anywhere would claim vaccines aren't good. No doctor wants to hurt anyone.monospaced
    • IF you find a practicing, professional doctor that claims vaccines are either not good or harmful, I would be surprised.monospaced
    • I've never met a doctor that actually personally knew anything much at all about real health. They're repeaters and drug dealers.set
    • They sell you a solution based on fixing (masking) the symptoms, usually with drugs, rather than tackling the actual cause of the problem.set
    • I'd hardly hold them in high esteem and it means nothing to use them as an authority to back up your point.set
    • In my opinion, which as we know is very usually very different to yours :_)set
    • If I had kids I'd vaccinate them. Most likely. I'm just saying there are some very questionable ingredients in there.set
    • I mean people used to think smoking was good for you and mercury was safe for children to play with. I'd say it's worth looking in to at least.set
    • I've ONLY met doctors that have dedicated their lives to helping people, and nothing more. They get nothing for prescribing more either, not profit motivated.monospaced
    • There are at least 12 living, full time medical doctors in my immediate family, and another 6 that work in the field. So I'm very intimate with the whole thing.monospaced
    • If you can't use actual research doctors as a source of authority, then you can't use anyone. Might as well be a conspiracy theorist.monospaced
    • that being said, nothing about your points is backed up by any real authority either, sicne there's no reputable study that says vaccines cause harmmonospaced
    • and on the point of mercury, it's been known for centuries that extreme mercury exposure is toxic (aka, mad hatter)monospaced
