The only reason anyone owns a gun is to shoot people.
Anyone who owns a gun is a killer and has most assuredly shot people at some time in their lives. How many people have you gun owners shot and killed? huh? HUH?
You people don't carry guns to be safe, you carry guns so you can shoot people, and shoot off doorknobs from doors before opening the door, and using your gun to knock on the door before you shoot off the knob before opening the door, and for shooting wildly in the air to hail cabs, and when the cab drivers pass you by you shoot the poor defenseless cab drivers.

Well, I don't own a gun, but after reading this thread I may have to buy one to protect myself from all the graphic designers who may just have a bad day one day and try to blow my fucking head off.
There's a mantra: shoot the client not the innocent bystander.
Think about it - handguns are absolutely useless for killing anything but people. And they are a poor substitute for a tiny dick.
