it helps to have a goal, for ex plan a trip to a sunny island where you plan to show your beautiful new body on the beach.
You know you will have no choice but success, since otherwise you will have spend all the money fot the trip to stay on the beach wearing your tshirt :)

Two weeks ago I gave up all sugar and carbs for two weeks - I've lost 10 lbs. After that introduce good carbs (whole wheats and grains, brown rice, sweet potatoes - basically nothing white) back into your diet and natural sugars (fruits). No fast food and eat more veggies!
Also, I run 2-3 miles a day

learn to love fruits and veggies. And eat lots of them.
Salads with just a bit of oil and balsamic can be awesome. Add some chicken breast for protein and even a bit of parmesan. (high protein, low fat cheese) delicious.

If you make it two weeks the cravings will stop and a routine will be started. Keep gum on hand. It'll help stop cravings. Also if you ever find yourself DYING for something, just craving it so much your head hurts... drink two glasses of water first. A lot of the time when you think you're hungry, you're actually thirsty.

- a kebab equals 800 calories, which represent 1hour running (approx 10km)dyspl
