If you make it two weeks the cravings will stop and a routine will be started. Keep gum on hand. It'll help stop cravings. Also if you ever find yourself DYING for something, just craving it so much your head hurts... drink two glasses of water first. A lot of the time when you think you're hungry, you're actually thirsty.
