eating is okay but when i am working i only bring fruits and good food to work so if i want to eat that is the only choice i have.

you just have to eat less.
definitely cut out the junk food and eat better and exercise, but eat less. try this. if you follow it. it works well.

i was looking at an "islands" (burger joint in socal) menu calorie thing and discovered that you CAN GAIN A POUND OF FAT IN ONE MEAL.

Start by eating better. Have 5-6 meals a day, but make sure they are smaller portions then what you would normally have and make sure there are not alot of calories in the foods you eat.
Snack throughout the day by eating:
Peanuts
Cheese Sticks
