Two weeks ago I gave up all sugar and carbs for two weeks - I've lost 10 lbs. After that introduce good carbs (whole wheats and grains, brown rice, sweet potatoes - basically nothing white) back into your diet and natural sugars (fruits). No fast food and eat more veggies!
Also, I run 2-3 miles a day
