Rouncy, some constructive remarks.
first, you are a design agency, so make sure that you have something to show. Get rid of most of the copy, it is pointless cliched dribble and no one will read it. Give your work the spotlight instead of the bla bla.
The design itself is unremarkable and bland. Sure, you want to communicate the 'bargain' prices, but there is a big difference between cheap and lousy design. Instead of this basic mid nineties Geocities approach, make a well designed online 'spoof' on a sales folder for example... make it great and interactive, tong in cheeque, but at the same time communicating your USP's and radiating that you know what you are doing (which now is clearly lacking in your design).
In any case, make sure that people don't need to go so deep in the site for examples. Prospects don't come for marketing blatter but for examples and proof that you are able to meet their needs/solve their design problems.
Goodluck.

I would fix your typos before even thinking about any design changes or modifications.
"Banners Ads."
"Corporate Stationery."
"eCommerce" instead of "Online Stores."
In the footer (which is on every single sub-page) you have "Wed Design Leeds," instead of "Web Design Leeds" – I imagine that's horrible for your SEO... There are tons of grammatical and typographic errors in your site's copy, on every single page.
Lastly, I would do some reorganization or your "Contact Us" page's hierarchy. It's hard to read, and I'm pretty sure in Leeds that people read left-to-right, and not right-to-left. Also, you have four typos and grammar errors on your "Contact Us" page.
As far as design, the kerning on your logo needs work, and I agree with a lot of what's already been stated.

OK...thank you calcio and Mullin for some valid criticism, and some actual design criticism finally. Some fair point which I will consider.
To the haters, I would just like to point out that I am avereging 2-3 new client a week, which is more than most of you judging by the number of threads I see on here about people lost or losing their job. Something to keep in mind:)
PEACE,
