If they used more Comic Sans this war wouldn't have happened.

The New World Order needs the distraction of Israel vs. Palestine to continue carrying out their dreadful plans...
Like the spicy hardshell taco at Taco Bell.
So wrong.

As Corvo said, today's Israel is the area of the world where the biggest religions originate from (or Judaism and its descendants someone might say).
Jerusalem hills are mentioned all over the Bible. Once a math professor told me, there was a mosque built in Jerusalem in place of a synagogue some 1400 years ago (I think it was Al-Aqsa built on Salomon's Temple ruins, but cannot be sure it's the one). The day Jews get to finally tear it down and rebuild the synagogue the judgment day will come.
There are extremists in Israel ready to rebuild the temple and bring the end of the world on us, the catholic fanatic mathematician said. This part of the world is full of stories of this caliber and always produced tensions.

danglin dave, sorry to hurt your feeling but I've actually read all the post and this has been on of the most civilized discussion we have had here in a long time,
go to the politic thread and read half of the message there, it as complete US bash thread but noone complained to the mod because its called free speech.
anyways, i'm always open for new understanding of the conflict,

by john pilger, I don't think he ever was broadcast in the US

Great link GeorgesII, John Pilger is an excellent journalist. I don't know how he does it, he must have so much energy to keep on reporting on the difficult stuff. He's Australian (as am I), and his book "A Secret Country" (about Australia's history, in particular about how Aborigines have been treated) is one of the most difficult books I've ever had to read, he deals with the stories that no one else wants to.
Sorry to any Israelis on here, I have Israeli friends and certainly don't hate Israel in any way. It must be hell having to live in a state of unrest for so long. But many people including myself believe these attacks are wrong.
This from Stop The War regarding London protests this coming week:
--------------------------------...
This crime against humanity has provoked nationwide anger
and outrage in Britain, as was shown by yesterday's
demonstrations calling for an immediate end to Israel's
attacks on Gaza, with 50,000 demonstrators in London, 4000
in Manchester, 3000 in Edinburgh, and many thousands more
around the country.EMERGENCY DEMONSTRATION
SUNDAY 4 JANUARY 2.00 PM
ISRAELI EMBASSY, KENSINGTON HIGH STREET
Following Israel's ground invasion, an emergency
demonstration has been called for Sunday, 4th January at
2.00 pm. (Nearest tube High Street Kensington).DAILY PROTESTS AT THE ISRAELI EMBASSY
There will be daily protests at the Israeli Embassy from
Monday 5 January to Friday 9 January, at 5.30 pm - 7.30 pm.NATIONAL DEMONSTRATION: SATUDAY 10 JANUARY
The national demonstration on Saturday 10 January is planned
to march to the Israeli Embassy. Stop the War is asking all
its local groups outside of London to book coaches or
arrange other transport to help make this the biggest
demonstration yet seen in this country in the cause of
Palestinian freedom.

A while ago i had talk with Lucas Catherine,
he is Belgiums most renowned expert on the field.
Even though he condemns Hamas, he also understands
them in a way, look at the map i showed here, look at the way
the Palestinians are living & are treated ( the last 50 years).
Israel is reaping what they saw. Yes the UN gave Israel land,
but thats hardly the land they occupy now.I'm sorry, but i stand with my beliefs.
What Israel is doing there for the last 50 years is completely out of line & should be brought to justice. And i hate the fact that if you criticize any jew, you are an anti semite. this wether you with against us crap is polarising this discussion.
- GeorgesII0
sorry if you have seen this video before, but its worth highlighting
simple fact and figures about the biased mainstream media machine.
- kelpie0
this is a good read
http://www.sundayherald.com/oped…the chicken and egg thing of 'who shot what first' isn't really the point; the blockade and ghettoisation of the gaza strip creates an inevitability that hammas will fire those rockets.
And why has no one been able to find a better way to deal with an organisation using human shields, than killing 10x as many civilians than the attacks they are looking to stop?
- vespa0
kelpie: Surely they haven't been able to find a better way because they don't want to. They are trying to kill them.

the fact that other Middle-East nations such as Iran hate the west so much is all because of Israel. Since the Israeli state relies on the notion of the promised land for million of jews and any criticism is being regarded as a form of antisemitism, they will not cease to play the victim-card for ever and ever.
that my friends, should end by now.
putting all religious banter aside, the circumstances the Palestinians live in is horrible.
The west should be deeply ashamed of being so supportive of Israel.
- Cactus0
This is wishful thinking and in addition rather narcissistic. We in the west think that all conflict in the developing world arises from our actions past and present. It is as if they are our playthings.
Did it ever occur to you that political Islam may have an internal logic of its own?
- GeorgesII0
cactus do you even know what is going on?
ever heard of the word globalisation?
you can put your head in the sand and pretend the west as you call it (at least the usual suspects) is not involved in destabilizing free countries around the world,
there are too many example proving that what you are implying did happend to develloping countries but still applies today through economic sanctions, embargos.... the list goes on
- Cactus0
What I am attempting to convey is that the Islamic world is in an acute state of upheaval for a variety of reasons but primarily due a failure to come to terms with the modern world. Israel happens to be on the knife-edge of that turmoil.
It is you who need to look at the big picture and think about why so many of the world's trouble spots involve Islamic countries.
When the Russians leveled Grozny were you organizing or marching in violent street protests?
What makes the Israel/Palestine conflict so special for you?
Pure determinism is lazy thinking.
- Danglin_Dave0
What makes the Israel/Palestine conflict so special for you?
Exactly. Massacres going on in East Congo, Grosny, chechynia and Darfur and India...
Why dont you write your petty confessions about these items. For a while I havent been around QBN and was forgotten the time-wasters and their left wing eyes closed take side for the underdog but can only repeat what they read on pally propagandha websites.
pathetic lot. get on with your work if you have some for that matter.
salon anarchistsfor more real info on the matter keep busy with this in the meanwhile

watching cnn for coverage, here.
But who is the IDF and NY mayor WOW it's clear where he comes from.?
"By any means neccassary".And i still don't get it, the way people are talking about how to play the game of war/combat. both sides complaining about "they began" or "they don't play by the rules".
- tank020
Hi Dave,
I asked for honoust opinion on the matter of the Gaza conflict.
But instead you come with just the polarising banter i was expacting.
I'm not against Israel, the jews should have a counry after 2000 years of diaspora, but what's going now has nothing to do with that. I'm agains every act of violence, so i'm also agains Hamas, but i do understand where they are coming from. Also you left wing comment is so off, this has nothing to do with with left or right.
I'm also a supporter against other crimes of humanity such as Darfur, Congo & Iraq, so don't even go there.

doing wishful thinking again boy,
If when the russian were levelling Grossni we had the same technology as today, which allow us to transmit informations/videos/pictures in almost real time, I think they would have been serious protests, and If i remember well they were protest to be correct but they were drown in the media story telling, now if we want to talk about the islamic world on his entirety we can say that :
-iran: formenting a plan against Mossadegh (president of iran elected democratically) and taking him down had put Iran in the turmoil it is today and believe me it was plannned deliberatedly.
-irak: putting saddam in power, arming him, helping him to kill his own people as long as he stuck to the official plan is yes an act of planned chaos,
-israel/palestine: giving palestine to israeli to fulfill a prediction written in bible, is a sure way to destabilise and entire region
-somalia: arming both side of the war and looking as the war and death drags on for 20 years now is what you can call destabilising a region,I can go on with examples like this to show you that you do not really understand geopolitics but just pretend to be a sapient
