actually it is better if she studies in the US so when she is done she doesn't have to take all the test again within 2 years and a different system... i had a german girl that i almost married and we had the same problem... but she was almost out of school already

i never really can understand why there is an issue 'deciding' between items, when one of them is your love. if it is your love, the rest of the universe could evaporate and it would amount to a hill of beans to you, as your love is still with you. it is the thing that brings experience to your soul and a beat to walk to- that is why it is labeled as 'love'.
nothing else matters. if the thing you label with love is in NYC/a woman/there where you sit now; it makes no difference. it is the thing that is missing from you now and that which makes you whole. otherwise, it really is not your 'love', whichever item gets the label.

Dude, she's 23... I've been with 10 years older chicks that still didn't know what they wanted --- the story that this is what she wants to do is BS cause she'll face many personal trails where she'll questions her carrier choice dozens of time. In other words, is she wants to come with you to NY, cool, if not, you will find someone else.

A long distance relationship can work--regardless if you’re 4 hours away or if you’re in NYC for two years. I live in the US and my wife is from Israel. We had a long distance relationship for several years and we made it work. A long distance relationship will be a true test of your relationship and love for each other. You should both peruse your own goals. If it’s meant to be then it will work out in the end.

There's tons of puss in NYC... But seriously. It's a lose/lose situation, except that NYC will probably open up a lot of opportunities. This girl is young, the next two years are crucial for her. NYC is a lonely place, I mean... It's very superficial and hectic. But two years could do you good here, the hard part is leavind! It's a trap!!!
