I like what you're doing, but overall make it simpler. I'd take out half the work. You have a ton in there.... if you took out half and left the top pieces it could make you look even stronger.
There are some obnoxious interactions like when I hit portfolio 06-08 I *have to make a choice and can't just return to the page.
the work and the site feel very different... but that might not be bad.
Regardless, it's a good step, needs some refinement.

Nice flash skills, love your site. Like some good people said you need to work that type..
Don't bother posting your flash work here, almost everyones here hates flash, and says "you could do the same with html and JS".

Do you really have to list the Creative Director?
I think you give thanks and give credits to people and almost makes it seem like you have limited skills.
You must have samples of work you did from concept to production, even if the pieces aren't that amazing. The first thing clients will ask for is to see designs you did on your own.- I listed everyone that was involved in the project, even if it was direction from the CD.lobstarr
