I like what you're doing, but overall make it simpler. I'd take out half the work. You have a ton in there.... if you took out half and left the top pieces it could make you look even stronger.
There are some obnoxious interactions like when I hit portfolio 06-08 I *have to make a choice and can't just return to the page.
the work and the site feel very different... but that might not be bad.
Regardless, it's a good step, needs some refinement.
- make your opening statement on your resume a little shorter too :)jfletcher
