So many free web tools for time tracking and billing why would anyone pay for it? And their site is poorly designed coming from an ad agency could you really trust that the UI and software will really work?

I don't usually chime in on posts like this, but I do agree with the out of date interface on FunctionFox. Good news is that we just released an update and enhanced the interface, navigation, icons and overall look and feel. We use it at my company. It is one of the most robust tools I have come across. It may not be as flashy as some but the coding and the support are far superior to many on the market. I love it! You couldn’t pay me to switch.

Yeah, we use it. Its Ok, pretty simple - which we like, sometimes the reports are a bit shit, but we like it.

My old work tried it out. Seems pretty good. Pretty intense for small business use, but very thorough. The best is monitoring employees productivity so you can choose wisely on who to can next.

Used it at my last job. Management always complained that the reports were garbage. We, as Designers, hated the interfaces, and the system wasnt flexible. However havent used it in 2 years...
