haha. pinkberry.
I was thinking that was a blackberry you only used for porn.
- OSFA0
who did it?
- flashbender0
as for pricing I was going to say 10-15K depending on coding.
- so I agree with Jay Larsom
MSP for life son!flashbender - but denver is calling....jaylarson
- haha. Funny. Yeah, the for life part... I'm actually hoping to move to London in June.flashbender

15-20k, don't low ball yourself.

15?
dude that shit is worth 5k. unless your factoring in photography and the shitty custom song. then maybe a little more.
- _eh_0
An agency might charge 15k. If you're just doing this freelance on the side 5k tops. It's pretty basic.

This is supposed to be a hot up and coming national chain right? So I'd be surprised if they went with some freelancer charging 5K.
- flashbender0
perhaps, but if they are trying to build brand equity, that site is not the way to do it
- kerus0
yeah you COULD do it for 2-5k, but why would you?
7-10k depending on a few factors and timeline
- because 7k is like selling a 5 year old a candy bar for $300. its fucking robberyvague
- better to be a robber than robbed :Dantistatic

Not sure if this company developed the site but looks like they handle the marketing and branding for pinkberry:

5K is a waste of time. An agency would change 50K, don't kid yourselves. Unless Pinkberry had all the ideas and direction done already.
I was just debating about the PinkBerry site with a coworker... I actually posted the notes on my site
http://www.designisbeautiful.com…- agreed. simple still takes time. it's nicely done and wasn't done in a week - aka 5k. at least 50k.Soler
- simple does not take time. you just fool yourself into believing it does to justify yourselfvague
- if design was beautiful i would change that header.onewhoslaps
- vague0
which is why any company with web needs as simplistic as pinkberry would be total fucking morons to goto an agency for that, when you could find a kid in highschool to produce something of absolute equal visual quality and stability
- jfletcher0
simplicity isn't easy.... Pinkberry places high value on design (Starck chairs, influences from Hermes, Target, Starbucks). I would think they took a lot of care in developing that experience.
I think you're confusing design with production.
- vague0
that website is not an experience. its a bunch of basic dropdown boxes, and the content is just static images with basic circles and a few lines of text.
seriously, stop overinflating every damned thing. that DESIGN could have been conceptualized in 2 days and executed in another 2 for godsakes.
- jfletcher0
I'm not overinflating, I'm respecitng the work that goes into something.
by your reasoning, most Apple products could be done in a few days as well. They're pretty simple.
