(Aug 3 07, 14:15)Wouldn't it be better to say instead of "tiempo de propiedad", say.. "tiempo como proprietario"???
Por que estamos hablando de la duracion como propietario... o no?
Aside "tiempo de propiedad" makes not much sense and it sounds like a babelfish translation

(Aug 3 07, 13:18)It's MuchAs gracias btw :o)
it's never "muchOs gracias"
:p

tiempo de propiedad doesn't look to strange to me, although it's probably not the correct legal jargon. In portuguese (similar to spanish as you prob know) we say Duração de Propriedade, to signify the extent of time any intelectual object such as the contents of a book is under copyright law e.g. but i'm not sure that's the legal term for that juridic entity.

I agree with vectormasked, in using 'tiempo como propietario'. Sounds better and makes much more sense.

also Mailing Address should be just "Direccion", "Direccion Postal" sounds too much like you used an online translator. Not because you see 2 words in there you have to use both. Now that is the more common way to ask for some one's address when you say "Direccion Postal" sounds more like you are asking for Zip Code which is "Codigo Postal".
buenas nachas.

I gotta agree with fusionP here.
"direccion" by itself is better. for homes "Domicilio" would be appropriate.and...LOL @ "buenas nachas"
was that on purpose??
