  Wouldn't it be better to say instead of "tiempo de propiedad", say.. "tiempo como proprietario"???
  Por que estamos hablando de la duracion como propietario... o no?
  Aside "tiempo de propiedad" makes not much sense and it sounds like a babelfish translation
