    tiempo de propiedad doesn't look to strange to me, although it's probably not the correct legal jargon. In portuguese (similar to spanish as you prob know) we say Duração de Propriedade, to signify the extent of time any intelectual object such as the contents of a book is under copyright law e.g. but i'm not sure that's the legal term for that juridic entity.
