bbq does *not*, repeat, does NOT equate as only pork, cooked slowly. i call bullshit on that all day.
now, i love a pork product more than almost anyone on this planet, but to insist that 'bbq' is only pork under a particular method gets me worked up....
*slaps back

For those who distinguish between the terms, grilling is almost always a fast process over high heat and barbecue is almost always a slow process using indirect heat and/or hot smoke.

and i did mention that i smoke a tasty kingsly salmon. not pork only.

NeoStar says that only homosexuals eat salmon. RealMen only eat raw meat off the bone.

my mother used to make the best potato salad -ever. Unfortunately she never wrote down her recipe before she passed away a few years ago. she did however hook my dad up with a list of ingredients. through a little trial and error i have managed to duplicate her recipe (it lives!!!). I was excited yesterday to bbq some chicken and eat it along side mom's potato salad. The chicken was on the grill, potatoes peeled and boiled, eggs boiled and cut up, etc... as I gave the potato salad one final stir it occured to me that the mayonaise i had just used sat in a warm fridge for at least 5 days (fridge broke last week, got it fixed Thursday)... had to throw it in the trash =(
