last night..
... would have been a great episode for say... 'The Twilight zone', 'Alfred Hitchcock Presents', or even 'Amazing Stories' (oh shit! remember that show?!!)...
... but I gotta say..
...last night's episode was sooooo damn boring. I learned nothin'!!
At least we got to see some strippers....
- Jaline0
they weren't even real strippers, hahahaha

OMFG @ last night's episode!!!
- Jaline0
wtf?
thanks for putting one of many people's worst fears into the show, LOST!!! Being buried alive (even worse when you have asthma), jesus.
Anyway, the episode sucked except for how they linked in the sneaky ways of the two characters and how they knew about everything before even Locke did.

Niki was a dumbass though. I'm thinking that she could've gotten that (maybe bogus) confession out of the Paolo about how much he was afraid of losing her without having to paralyze him. I mean, who does that without thinking of the consequences of leaving him in an unknown forest?
Only on Lost.....and television...does this happen.

This episode reminded me of "Lion King 1/2", where you get to see where Timon and Pumba were during the rise of Simba. Turns out they were the ones behind most of the random things that happened in the first Lion King, and they also knew about things before everyone else did.

this one.
hehehe...I think it's funny how both of us mentioned that fear...and we watch Buffy.....heheh

the fact that only a "few" others were born on the island only pisses me off further.
ok so, first they disintegrate the initial fucking-awesomeness of the Othere's mysterious and omnipotent silent-stealth-deadly-ass ninjalike skills.. and give them flannel shirts and guns and pissy redneck attitudes..
..but now most of them werent even born there? so now im supposed to be in awe and fear of a bunch of NORMAL people who were brought to an island, and thus have zero "innate ninjalike island skills". theyre just like everyone else.. except they know the inside scoop. big deal.

You're right in the sense that the Others aren't as scary as they used to be. But I'm still curious about how the hell everyone got on the island, even Locke's father. That is some weird shit right there.
And all of this apparently has a perfectly logical explanation, according to the creators of the show. Unfortunately for you, qruise, this means that the Others will be humanized more and more.
- qruise0
stupid, stupid humanity.

smoke monster is a photographer?
Juliette is a lying sack o crap?
Sawyer, pw3nd by Hurley?

Sawyer: "Here, I uh... don't like... blankets.."
hahaha that cracked me up.

"not getting the Korean vote"
"He's not as wrinkly as he was a week ago"
Nix the nicknames and he's a regular comedian

Sawyer's awesome.
I like Juliet. She may be boring, but there's some creepy about her too. And the stuff with Kate was entertaining. She seemed nearly fearless at times when Kate was panicked (well...mainly because she obviously knows more about the island). It's going to be weird to see her at the regular campsite, if they make it that far without any problems (yeah...right).
Where's Rousseau?
Also, where did the Others and Locke go?Weird.
I still don't get that smoke monster. The creators will probably write it off as being some sort of experiment gone wrong, since the show supposedly has realistic answers to all gazillion questions.

By the way, I've decided that I actually do like this season. It's been getting a lot better in the last few episodes. I'm hoping they saved the best for last. The characters have also been getting interesting (and I'm always up for character development).
However, I really don't think this show needs more than 4 seasons. After next year, I think it should be over. Unless it can only get better, but that's hard to say. Too many questions right now.

A possibility is that the Others are using Juliet to infiltrate the other camp.
Juliet creeps me out. I like her, but it's obvious that there's a lot more going on there...
there always is, anyway
- Jaline0
100!
It's sad how Kate has been annoying me lately. She was my favourite character before. Still in the top though...somewhere.
