(Jan 3 07, 01:04)Yah, that came out wrong. He's actually not intimidating...but he is pretty big. Very girly man. I haven't seen him work out very much. Usually just hangs out at the smoothie bar.
But I go to a Gold's Gym in Hollywood and the guys are seriously jacked. I mostly stay upstairs with the normal sized people where the cardio machines are, and on my way out I sneak over to the weight machines and do a few reps.

I don't think you do...it's a Discovery Channel sponsored thing and they've been doing it for the past few years. I'm sure they try to get you to become a full member at the end of 8 weeks, but the 8 week program is totally legit, so I hear.
