I remember people in LA liked going to galaxy games. I think becks will jump start some more people to show up for sure, chivas usa did it with a couple of good mexican players (Palencia and Suarez) of course they are no david beckham but its the same idea.
but i do agree it will take more than becks to get americans crazy about soccer.
NFL is king here (cant blame it, NFL is fucking awesome)
Also I think if the MLS would like to get people in to soccer/futbol I would look in to better commentating (as well as better players)
I have have heard better commentating for high school girls softball games!
