You gotta admit tho, it does look rather OSX-like. All Mac/PC politics aside.
The search bar in the upper right hand corner, the shiny look, the widgets (oh lets call them gadgets)... etc.
Not knocking anyone here, but it does really seem like MS doesnt have many ideas of their own.

Do they list the tech spec needed to run Vista? Get ready to buy a whole new machine to just run it.
And enjoy the pre-installed secutiry flaws. The current WMA exploit that effects every version of Windows back to 3.1 comes to mind.
At least M$ is finally realizing that a UI can and should look good.
And they ripped off the "3-d" window effect from Sun.
