I have seen cards made of Stainless steel but the company doesn't make steel.
Ok, my solution if ya don't like Flocking.:
One piece of felt (double the length of the card), fold and place a piece of cheap card inbetween. place sticker on(with Graphic Designer on) and stitch around all eges leaving one tasselling(?sp) off.

what about making the logo in felt and sticking it to a card? this way it can actually go in your wallet. Or maybe one side has the felt logo on card stock and the other side is soft felt with ur logo cut out. The good thing with felt is u can spray it with some kind of scent. So ur BC would have 'look', 'feel', and smell...one of a kind. just thoughts.

nah, that'd be shit - cut the logo out of the felt (using your left hand with both eyes closed), now staple the felt piece to the card piece (using your right foot) and make a potato print of your details and whack em on the card, underneath the felt. Do it all in a darkroom and send them out by carrier pidgeon.
