  I have seen cards made of Stainless steel but the company doesn't make steel.

  Ok, my solution if ya don't like Flocking.:

  One piece of felt (double the length of the card), fold and place a piece of cheap card inbetween. place sticker on(with Graphic Designer on) and stitch around all eges leaving one tasselling(?sp) off.
