it's fairly easy if you follow a strict regiment.
Diet.
Cardio.
Muscle Toning.I've been taking Muscle Milk, which is 21g of Protein. it's added lean muscle and reduced fat. I went from 170 to a svelt 155 in a month.

JazX couldn't be more right. Put together a strict diet, serious cardio routine (twice a day if possible) and weight training. Stay focused and results will come.

Doing situps help as well. You'll start to tone what used to be fat. You can turn fat into muscle amazingly enough.
Restrict Carbohydrates, Sugar and High Fructose Corn Syrup (evil sh*t) as well.
Veggie it up with non-starches and eat an over-all balanced diet.
You need to sweat it all out brother, but everyone's body is different, so there really isn't a set answer. Do what works for you based upon results. :)

dont most veggies ahve a lot of carbs?
also..... caffeine restriction? all sugar? diet coke? (I hate it but if thats the only thing I can have)
fruit? salad? any kind of cheeses allowed?
or should I do the lettuce, burger without the bun, and cottage cheese with fruit salad type deal

depends man, things in moderation never hurt you that much, unless you have some kind of hypersensitive metabolism.
not all veggies contain a ton of carbs, there are plenty that contani virtually none. do a search on this at Google.
Caffeine shouldn't mess you up it's the sugar that's not so great. The HFCS causes your body to think it's still hungry when in reality you are full.
Eat less, work out more.
I eat 5 times a day, but in moderate proportions, not fat filled crap fast food and tons of it.
White rice and other starches ain't all that good for losing weight either.

marinara sauceso caffeine is ok from like diet coke with no sugar.....
I know this is more a lifestyle thing....but I am looking for a 3 week crash lose as much as I can type thing......
I know not eating is not the way to go cause then you lose muscle mass etc....
thats why I was asking about what k0na did......I just want to kick start my metabo again....I can lose weight over time I know how to do that.....but whats the quickest way to drop like 20 in 3 weeks....

everything in moderation. don't cut carbs out of your diet, just eat complex carbs, wheat bread, brown rice, etc. eat fish more, red meat less. lots of greens.
and cut back on alchohol. that's a hard one.

oh yeah, get outside and do something too. run, bike, skate, just be active.

true, alcohol is my one vice. especially the mixed drinks with sugary mixes.
Vodka is terrible. Potato-based. Rum ain't much better.
jdcomba is right, moderation. I didn't mean totally kill carbs, you do need them. red meat is ok if you are looking to gain protein for muscle mass, but yeah fish is a nice fixture.
they say anything white is bad for you... white rice, sugar, white bread, donuts, flour, etc.

yes, two more things.... no fucking fast food, i see so many people trying to be healthy, but still eat mickey D's. no good. as for drinking if you gotta doit, and i do, vodka on the rocks. if i gotta drink beer, amstel light or guinnes. guinnes is the secret, it's not that bad for you as for beer.

Beck Premium Light by far the lowest Carb'ed beer on the market even more so than Michelob Ultra.
I do those, still has the same alcohol content though, not so good either way, but I BUST my *ss at the gym bigtime, four days a week.
I'm happy with my form.
