true, alcohol is my one vice. especially the mixed drinks with sugary mixes.
Vodka is terrible. Potato-based. Rum ain't much better.
jdcomba is right, moderation. I didn't mean totally kill carbs, you do need them. red meat is ok if you are looking to gain protein for muscle mass, but yeah fish is a nice fixture.
they say anything white is bad for you... white rice, sugar, white bread, donuts, flour, etc.
