    white rice......dammit......there goes my favorite......

    just say yes or no to the following

    sushi
    steamed vegetable dumplings
    greek salad
    brown rice
    chicken with broccoli
    sesame chicken

    any fish steamed not fried....
    marinara sauce

    so caffeine is ok from like diet coke with no sugar.....

    I know this is more a lifestyle thing....but I am looking for a 3 week crash lose as much as I can type thing......

    I know not eating is not the way to go cause then you lose muscle mass etc....

    thats why I was asking about what k0na did......I just want to kick start my metabo again....I can lose weight over time I know how to do that.....but whats the quickest way to drop like 20 in 3 weeks....
