besides shitting myself...
i'm really enjoying work this year. since this week especially. got a new team assembled over the last couple of months. good people. working hard, and learning so much.
(had a miserable fucking year at work for the best part of 2013. was gonna resign in december but decided in november to stick it out. owed it to myself for the time i've put in there.)
basically, happy to get up in the mornings and take on whatever i need to do at work, yet still making time to slowly get into more of my own projects, which i would've tried to turn into a living this year had i resigned. more security, more options, more energy...

I designed a killer minimal UI for an iPhone app, the client loved it yesterday and jizzed his pants. Today, the client now wants the UI to look like and function just like Facebook. Fuck me, fuck Facebook!
