finding a short term apartment is getting difficult. looks like im going to be in a hotel longer then a month. the hotel is over $1000 per month what ave apts here are. went to 7 real estate brokers today. all of them said its going to be difficult. but once I finalize a long term (if I fully accept the job offer) (about half of my NYC salary) then I have ridiculous choice.
alone this weekend. all qbners in Florida are either not answering texts (OSFA) or out of the country (CALLES) and all my co workers left to. china.
there has to be some lurker qbn'rs down here not bett brash who wants to hang out. Florida is boring alone.

It turns out that you have landed a great summer internship, but it turns Michael Kors Handbags out to be in a city that you are not completely familiar with. You're Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 schedule is pretty full with work that's gaining you tons of real-world experience, but you've started to wonder how you're going to fill your nights and weekends to make this summer one of the best in your life. After all, all work and no play makes a very boring summer. So what better time than the present to enjoy all the perks of an internship in a new city?
And Michael Kors Totes if you're in Dallas or Philadelphia this summer then you're in luck. Here are some Michael Kors Wallets of the top places to hit this summer in these two cities:
Dallas:
Dallas Summer Musicals - Your summer internship in Dallas may end up being an experience that will allow you to feel the charm of the South while still getting all of the big city perks. Not to be outdone by cities such as New York and Chicago, Dallas also offers a bit of culture to its visitors and residents with its Broadway arts scene. The Dallas Summer Musical history began in 1941 with Opera Under the Stars at Fair Park with shows being held outside. Ten years later, the shows were moved to the music hall, which is still used today. In the recent years, the music hall has hosted mainstream musicals such as West side Story, Stomp, 9 to 5, and Guys and Dolls.
The music hall is conveniently located Southeast of downtown Dallas, and easily accessible by taking the railway system to the Fair Park station. There is a restaurant located in the facility that offers convenience for an entire night out on the town. Dining at the Music Hall opens two hours before show time with a large buffet that celebrates the heritage or locale of the musical being showed that evening.
The Galleria Dallas - They say everything is bigger in Texas, and when it comes to shopping malls there is no exception. The Galleria Dallas is an upscale shopping mall and mixed use development that will make your head spin. The mall is currently owned and managed by the same company that owns the Houston Galleria mall, and boasts some of the same features such as the ice skating rink and the Westin hotel.
With over 200 stores and such as Ann Taylor, Michael Kors, Tiffany, and Gucci and restaurants and food stores such as Godiva and the Westin's The Oceanaire, your shopping experience will forever be changed. The ice skating rink centerpiece is considered the "best place to people watch in Dallas". The rink regularly welcomes elite skaters from around the globe. The mall also welcomes large groups and package deals with dinner and hotel arrangements.
Philadelphia:
Rittenhouse Square - Your summer internship in Philadelphia will be an inviting experience if you get out and enjoy what this city has to offer. Rittenhouse Square is one of the five original open-space parks planned by William Penn. Today, the tree-filled park is surrounded by high-rise residences, luxury apartments, popular restaurants, a Barnes & Noble bookstore, a Barneys Co-Op, and two hotels, including a five-star. Its combination of green and glam take cues from New York's Central Park, and provides a nice break from the hectic workday. Its green grasses and dozens of benches are popular lunch-time destinations for residents and workers in Philadelphia's Center City neighborhood, while its lion and goat statues are popular gathering spots for small children and their parents.
Independence Hall - Independence Hall is the centerpiece of Independence National Historic Park, and best known as the location where the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were both signed. It consists of a central building with belltower and steeple attached to two smaller wings. The belltower formerly housed the famous Liberty Bell. The buildings together sit on what is now known as Independence Square, Michael Kors Crossbody Bags a very popular Philadelphia tourist attraction. The famous building has been used as a stage for protests periodically because of the symbolism associated with its history. Also, as most would expect, it is the site for various events and celebrations such as Fourth of July gatherings.
The guided tour of Independence Hall is led by National Park Rangers, and begins in the courtroom where lawyers from opposing sides shared tables and law books. Lines can be very long, so to eliminate the excessive wait in line, free tickets can be picked up the morning of your visit for up to ten people. Visitors to Independence Hall can purchase tickets at the Independence Visitor Center at 6th and Market Streets.

Scarabin,
Did you get the motorcycle? I'm a commonwealth of knowledge on modifying their appearance. I have little engine work though, other than that, pretty straight forward if you can operate tools; old things unbolt and new things bolt back on fairly easily. I don't know if you noticed the Honda above I just picked up, it'll be a cafe racer in under a month. Once I get started on it, maybe the 2nd week of April, so hopefully done by May. Do you ever/What do you ride?

okay this time for real... which one??
Lumix DMC-LX5 OR the Canon PowerShot S100
i'm looking for a nice pocket camera, that shoots good/awesome low light (no flash), with some decent video and hopefully a bad ass macro.thnx! any suggestion much appreciated. (i promise not to ask this again!) lol

Sea sea!
I currently choosing a compact and I'm choosing between the lx5 s95 and s100. S95 is only an option bexuase its cheaper than the s100.
The lx5 has the superior macro with 1cm close focus vs the canons 3cm, but the major differences are the aperture through the zoom range.
Sure they are both f2 at 24mm, but the lx5 is 3.3 at 90mm vs the canons 5.6 at iirc 110mm. The lx5 gets a lot more light in So if you zoom a lot in slightly low light the lx5 is gonna be better.
The other quite big difference is pocketability. The s100 is a fair chunk smaller.
The video on the lx5 is ok, it has manual control which is ace but because of the sensor type you get serious light banding with highlights during video with the lx5. The canons are much better with video, but no manual control.
The JPEG difference is also quite major. People say the lumix has a green cast, which I think is true, but I still like the images. The canons are known for better white balance and color reproduction, although to me they seem very white, slightly over exposed, but that's easily fixed whilst shooting.
I am personally going to go with an s95 or s100 purely for the pocketablitly, and the better video is a bonus. I would love an lx5 which is as small as the s95, but the wider aperture throughout the zoom range is what makes the lx5 larger (Same as the Olympus xz-1). Its also nice having in built lens cap on the Canon, more convenient.
The lens ring is awesome too on the canons. Hope that helps! :)
- lumix is 1.8 at its closestmonospaced
- it does lobo, thank you. i actually just came back from the camera shop, took a look and feel at both cameras. the hd is a real seling point right now, but the price is like 100 bucks more. i think i'm going with the canon s100 :)sea_sea
- it does lobo, thank you. i actually just came back from the camera shop, took a look and feel at both cameras. the selling point right now, but the price is like 100 bucks more. i think i'm still going with the canon s100 though. it winked at me ;) lolsea_sea

Why is it that a small development team will work a good 12 months on a game and sell it for .99 cents, where a band will work far less time on an album and sell it for 20+ dollars... Music industry is nutso backwards.

So my entire back box fell off my car today whilst I was driving and some cyclist was nice enough to stop and move it out of the road for me so I didn't have to walk back! Only £50 to repair too! I was expecting much more.
