Anyone else dealing with stress/anxiety? Started on cbd oil hoping it helps. Stayed home to catch up on some sleep. I stopped drinking coffee for the same reason, now I have a raging headache. Staying off social media as much as possible, so much negativity. :( want tomorrow to be over already.

Oh man I am concerned. I need to fly to Mexico City and see my dad now. He has been experiencing an overwhelming feeling to cry at random times. Ever since the day he got out he has been surrounded by family day and night. This morning he was dropped off at his studio to start arranging all his stuff. All of the sudden he just broke down crying and sobbing. He explained to me that this was the first time in 31 years that he has been alone. In prison there were always people around, inmates or guards, always a bunch of noise day and night. He finally felt solitude for the first time in 31 years and it was overwhelming, he just couldn't control his emotions.

I shut my mouth over the whole presidential campaign, now that it's finally over I can talk. I didn't talk about this because I think that none of the candidates deserved my attention and my channels.
I am relieved that this embarrassing period is over for now, I hope that I can finally go through my facebook, YouTube etc without anyone of those two assholes. Not that I have a personal opinion of them, but I hated them because they spammed every single thing I liked, my gaming channels, my social media channels, the chatter at work, just fucking everything was dominated by two children.
We have Brexit, we have the refugee thing going on we have the Ultraconservatives going on and I don't want to care anymore. I want to have my life back without someone smashing their silly opinion onto me all the time.
