Anyone else dealing with stress/anxiety? Started on cbd oil hoping it helps. Stayed home to catch up on some sleep. I stopped drinking coffee for the same reason, now I have a raging headache. Staying off social media as much as possible, so much negativity. :( want tomorrow to be over already.

    • Might be too many changes at once. Headaches can be from stress and caffeine withdrawal. Taper off from caffeine if you used too drink a good bit of it.garbage
    • Also Google the entourage effect. CBD alone does not prevent anxiety/stress in some individuals. Hope you feel better.garbage
