can someone point me to where i can get started on a tutorial or at least a starting point on how to approach a flash lightbox? youve seen them, the ones where u click a 'add to lightbox' button and it gets added to a bin or lightbox for retrieval? thanks!

T1 Line Apr 25, 07, 6:57 p.m.

So, tomorrow we got this guy coming buy trying to sell us on a T1 line. 1.5meg each way. Its a pretty good deal, bundling phone, cell, hosting, line, etc etc. Almost what we are paying now with all services separate. We have 6 people in the office, a FTP server so clients can up/down their jobs. It doesn't get much action thought. Right now we have 5meg down and 786k up. Happy with it. Is there a reason i should get the T1? I know its a direct line and all that cool stuff, but it would be alot slower than what i have now, right?

OK first of all am not nuts. The wife and i were walking our friends dogs on sunday around 730pm (in Burbank, CA), when she said "hey whats that?" so i look up and there is this orange ball in the sky, sloooowly moving towards us. I thought it was a plane cause we are near the airport, but it was moving in a odd way, wobbling left and right and slowing up and speeding up. Then it just stopped in the sky and stayed there for about 30 seconds, when it just started to fade away slowly. all this lasted like 1-2 minutes. I know im setting up myself up for ridicule, but did anyone else see it?

Ok so i have this client who wants to send out mass HTML emails to people who actually signed up to get them, only about 300 or so. We have done this in the past locally, but we get flagged by earthlink and a few other ISP's as spammers. Is there a online service that i can use as an alternative that i can use my own HTML design? i know of this one, www.myemma.com, but not feeling it. Thanks!

so my idiot client registered his domain 5 years ago and cant remember with who, and now he wants to change his hosting. i need to change the NS on his registrar but no idea who it is, and a whois is not helping, just displays current NS and contact info. does anyone know how to find where a domain was registered?
