- First video I watched but I enjoy his approach. I learned about the channel from someone here, possibly you?skinny_puppy
- I probably mentioned it on Discord. I like how he takes time to explain the concepts on the whiteboard first.palimpsest
- I mentioned p5js on discord when mg33 said he was messing with generative, then u recommended coding train.Thought maybe mg33 might show up n give us an update?cherub
- As for skinny puppy, are you getting the hang of it now? I love that video, it's def my favorite one I've seen of his. He's much more calm in this one.cherub
- I haven't had a chance to play with it sadly.skinny_puppy

Did a generative piece titled 'zancannabis' to celebrate 4/20 2023
It's a 'respectful parody' of the style of art of generative artist Zancan.Sold 420 of them in about half an hour at 04.20am whilst I was asleep. ;)
See project here:
https://www.fxhash.xyz/generativ…You can see example of zancan works here
https://www.fxhash.xyz/u/zancan
His individual works sell for hundreds, thousands! He only uses code for his art though.
My piece is using pre-rendered images of plants, leafs and buds. The original illustrations were created in MidJourney then post-production to get them to all match in style, size etc.
Background lines created using Blend in Illustrator.- Click the infinity symbol under the preview on the project page to see infinite iterations of the work.
All the minted iterations are further down page.microkorg - These are nice...but you do know that all of these renderings could of been created with AI...in about 20 seconds.utopian
- I'd say you'd need the same prep/training time to get any sort of consistency across an entire AI collection. These were all generated instantly at mintmicrokorg
- while I slept ;)microkorg
- Click the infinity symbol under the preview on the project page to see infinite iterations of the work.

- if ai was a direct copy, this would be a worthwhile argument. anyone can write a story about a ring w/ elves, but you can't copy lord of the rings word for wordimbecile
