- So. Much. Amazing.skinny_puppy
- Love the Rubberbandits. There was something about the way he danced on stage that reminded me of them. No idea it was actually him!skinny_puppy
- so Bobby Fingers is Mr Chrome?thumb_screws
- Crazy. How does he find the time?Fax_Benson
- The biggest clue that he is Mr Chrome is that in his lastest video here, he pours a bucket of ice up Dad’s Best Friend’s arsehole.
https://youtu.be/iYg…Wolfboy - Holy shit! HAHA. Excellent process and sculpt.bezoar

After 26 years, the veteran rocker finally lets the world see his breathtaking completed model railway - a 124ft spread depicting an entire US city and inspired by the view from his childhood home.

Seth’s Dominion.
The cartoonist, Seth, has been building a model city for years - Dominion. He’s also writing about it, giving it a history and a reality of its own. It’s not a hyper-real model, like most of the others posted in this thread; but I love the way it is such a great 3D representation of his art. It looks like you’re peering into his comics.
Here’s a nice little article:
- Man, that's so nice. Love the little shop logos.PhanLo
- What would be super-cool, is if he did a graphic novel with this, that's photographic, not drawn. Arranging the city to suit the scene's needs ...Continuity
- ... and shooting each panel.Continuity
- I remember him from art schoolGnash
- @Gnash, I missed your note. Did you go to the same art school as him?Wolfboy

I co-directed and animated a stop motion video with a handful of scale model sets. It was my first music video and the most fun by far. I didn't know after effects yet so all the post animation was done in flash, exported as MOVs and layered on top in premiere.

My son has been making a few dioramas. He built a roller coaster and now he is making a train set. I built him a work bench and a table to put it on. He is 10.
He found a video narrated by Micheal Gross, known to him as Burt Gummer, and we have been using it as a reference guide for scenery. I can't wait to see how it turns out.
