60km biking in the roads 2 times a week, some exercises for my neck lession,time by time, and walks/hikings with wife... Nothing very strong.
But i like cooking a lot and i should do a lot more. Now here i am in Sardinia and letting this poor people without food each site i step :)

I walk about 4 miles a day, and ferociously masturbate swapping arms every few minutes. Often at the same time..

New workout routine. 2x gut-flex, 1x thigh strain, 20 mins high velocity waving, 10 min nap, 30 mins volunteer litter-picking. Repeat.

I walk to and from work, which takes about 40 minutes each way.
For some reason I've stopped doing a pathetic amount of push ups each day - I need to get back into that habit.

Too much shit to still not be in better shape. I blame IPA's.
Cold months: Weight training 3x week - Hike w/ girlfriend 1-2x per week - Stationary bike when I force myself to.
Warm months: Weight training 2x week - Cycling (on dirt) 2x week - Golf (walking) 1-2x week - Hiking whenever we feel like it.

- break it up in 4 rounds of 25, 25, 25. You can rest in between rounds or try to do everything as fast as you can, for cardio.Maaku
