What do you do for exercise? Do you run, swim, work out?
Are you healthy?

I recently moved to an office that has a gym with a ton of Nautilus type machines. Never worked out at a gym before because I didn't think I would be into it. I am hooked. Been going 5 times a week for 3 months now, and I am more confident, sleeping better, and I'm starting to see signs of definition. It helps that I am always the only person in there, so I don't get self conscious.

I'm reading this whilst sipping on a can of Tiger beer and munching on some 30% less fat Kettle Chips in Sea Salt. So, no.

biking man, it pays off by the distances and places you visit, like a real bike, not a gym bike
- true but the scenery on a gym bike's not bad either :)

Gym/elliptical - I read books, mostly business, while on it, kills the time and learn tons...and down 17 lbs in a few months.
Run and Yoga Sculpt are great too.
it all keeps me, somewhat, sane

10 hour sets of clicking the mouse 5 days per/week
Two 6-8 hour sets of swimming, surfing, boogie boarding and drinking micheladas on the weekends.
I should go out every morning like i used to, but sometimes 7/days a week in the water gets kind of old and I really like doing creative nerdy stuff.

Cycling (20k-25k) and walking (5k or so).

I started yoga again a few weeks ago to destress. I walk a lot, love biking around and weight lift at the gym.

I think about biking and running a lot...
I do walk a ton tho.

The wife and I walk 3-5 times a week... usually at least 3 miles (takes us about 45 mins)... I also do a series of weights / pushups etc 5 times a weeks (20 mins or so each time)...
... still have a little belly... but I can blame the 2-3 IPA's a night and the fact that I can't be bothered to do anything sit-up-related. :)

On a good day I'll bike a couple blocks. My part time job is physical work so it helps my keep my gut-overhang in check. Need to drink more water, but otherwise healthy.
