You have no idea how little you know and how valuable experience is.
But look for people who encourage you and motivate you.
Don't let anyone tell anyone make you feel small, because you can get better.
Discouraging or snobby or boring employers are the worst.

And work your ass off. Even when you don't think people will notice.

Be careful who you tell your ideas.
Never complain about your clients/current work.
Spend min. 10% of your salary on books, fonts, tools and professional education.
Nourish your professional knowledge.Forget this industry if you just want in because of the money.
- or get the company you work for to expense the equivalent of 10% of your wages on books, etc.zarkonite

Worry about the money only if you work for your self, otherwise keep in mind that it's not your business how much the client is speding.

Learn about regression (psychology) and cognitive psychology, this two tools will help you produce ideas on the fly, and to lower your ego when it's necessary.

Keep in mind that working more than 48hours without sleeping damages your brain, after 72 hours the damage is permanent and you can die.
24 hours are the max. but be prepared because the next day will be like a hangover.
