when a co-worker had to get two root canals for $700 a piece, on the same insurance as I have, I decided to start flossing.
now i floss every day unless i'm really drunk or tired. haven't had a cavity in 5 years.
your breath smells better, mouth feels cleaner, and once you get good at it it only takes 60 seconds.
one dentist told me that it's more beneficial to floss than to brush, if you're only going to do one.
- I floss, didn't help two root canals recently...otherwise teeth are greatformed

I'm British, so therefore have no teeth despite only being in my late thirties.

Every single day. Seriously! I call myself the "Floss Boss."
This is not a joke. I'm OCD about flossing.
Sometimes twice a day.

Thanks for the reminder, it's been a while.

At least once a day, but sometimes twice. I have a pocket in one of my gaps that just holds onto things, so I have to floss almost every time after i eat.

Never flossed in my life. Dentist three years ago said I had some of the best teeth he'd seen for my age.
I've never drank fizzy drinks or ate sweets or much sugar, I guess it's that... but fuck flossing.
- convert to this though -
http://www.amazon.co…set - not trying to fight or anything, but there's no way you could go on without flossing your whole ilfe and not have serious plaque between those thingsmonospaced
- even after a couple of days there's some buildup that no brush, sonicair, whatever can get to, and it accumulates in small layersmonospaced
- Well I'm not lying..
I do pull coconut oil now and thenset - Hmmm, maybe your dentist... eh forget itmonospaced
- Happy for you.monospaced
- Yes, forget it. Don't be jealousset

1 - 2 times a day (after lunch and dinner), just a habit now really , something I do before brushing. I use those flossers, not the string shit.

^ I like the ones like this, because with regular floss, you waste so much just to wrap a couple inches around each finger to use it.
- precisely and they are portable and you can just pitch them away and no one can see them in your handdrake-von-drake
- and end up slobbering everywherescarabin

I keep floss at my desk at work, and I buy floss that's comfortable to use. Seems simple, but so many people buy the cheapest shit and that makes the process more painful than it has to be.

I like it when I get a proper bleeder
