Haha @sem I know mate! I'm not a hater, trust me. If it was universal across all users I would understand. But it's the discrepancy in accounts that's confusing me.
If it can't be changed back then that's cool, just wondered if it could is all.
I can bill the client. It's fine.

I just set up an new account for a client yesterday and it had the new design out of the box. I don't think they'll be a way to switch back, I assume they'll eventually roll it out for everyone.

Yea but my client has had their account since 2010 and want to go back to the old style. It just changed a couple of months ago by itself. We don't like the new banner at the top. As I showed, there are massive companies that still have the old style and also little guys. Hmmm confusing!
- Its changed before since 2010 and they had to embrace the change then so they will have to do the same now.sem

Just like all the other social sites, you have to accept that when they change the layout you have no choice but to embrace it as quickly as possible because it aint going back...
As a designer you should embrace their changes because it means your clients will need you to come back and update things each time they switch things up, keeping you paid.
Don't hate, create....word to your mother.
