haha no job.. but an interview... just wondering if anyone has experience in Rotterdam.

Rotterdam is pretty boring but you can always take a train to Amsterdam
- GRAC0
I wouldn't say it's boring. It's industrial for sure. Matter of preference. I'm only here for a month so what do I know. Amsterdam is too touristic in my personal opinion.
- Raybandana0
hmm i see

Hollands full of fags so you'll probably fit in.

are you serial? rottendam?!
well, great cape verdian community!
design, buildings, guns, real city environment when compared to Amsterdam...
street art. great if you like architecture.
more percentage of dutch people than Amsterdam, but that's not necessarily bad.I only went three times there: twice to the embassy and one time for the Brazil in Rotterdam event some years ago.
great weather!
- AK_tiv470
It's hard for North Americans to be in Europe, its too sophisticated for them.
- Raybandana0

i lived in rotterdam. it was great. but i like cross country cycling, so i moved eastward.
had a room on the corner of the Korte Kade and Kralingse Plaslaan, a few meters from the countryish Kralingse Plas. and that's still close to the city center by bicycle or tram.
rotterdam has everything. restaurants, pubs, music(!), theatres, crime, markets, river, and also close to The Hague and the north sea.
do it.
