    well, great cape verdian community!
    design, buildings, guns, real city environment when compared to Amsterdam...
    street art. great if you like architecture.
    more percentage of dutch people than Amsterdam, but that's not necessarily bad.

    I only went three times there: twice to the embassy and one time for the Brazil in Rotterdam event some years ago.
