For what it's worth, I emailed Bonnie Schiffman (http://www.bonnieschiffmanphoto... last night asking if she was the photographer who took it. She replied in the negative. I emailed Mark Seliger's reps (http://www.managementartists.co... this morning asking the same thing - no reply as of yet.
