i like the idea of having a non-client project like an art show or something. could be fun if done well. like show off the team's personal work and show you appreciate their creativity, make them feel like they're not just mouse monkeys...

We have a ping pong table and an 80's arcade machine with a bunch of classics installed.
It was cool for a bit, but most people are just over it now.

Wish I had this in the center of an empty room, and a pair of gloves attached to the wall. Every now and then you need 5 mins to vent, this would be awesome.
