Occupy Flash is a movement started by a small handful of independent Web developers who want to end the reign of Adobe's Flash Player plug-in in Web browsers.

If you have lingering Flash dependency on existing sites that can be transitioned to a Flash-less site without losing too much of the experience, upgrade them to use more modern standards. If you're doing stuff that just isn't possible or economically viable without Flash, use Flash. It's that simple.

If flash dies it's Adobe's fault. the *industry* is fickle and easily impressionable by anyone with a voice (like Steve Jobs).
And I've yet to see Adobe make any public effort to defend their product through advertising or similar venues, and to me, that's damn near the same as conceding defeat.
